Paul Pino was raised like a free-range nighthawk on a ranch near Carrizozo New Mexico listening to poetry, rock, stillness, Spanish, country, birds, coyotes and wind howling through barbed wire. Many of his original Spanish, country, blues, rock, folk, educational, quizzical, and genre defying songs are played on radio stations throughout New Mexico. Mike Layden grew up in Santa Fe and has played with Jr. Brown and all the good bands in Santa Fe. Mike Campos has won most of the New Mexico Spanish Music Awards, and Johnny Arater holds down the drum section.
